Welcome to adsbarter.com. The Adsbarter..com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Adsbarter Services. adsbarter.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of adsbarter.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
By using Adsbarter, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account. You may not transfer your account or use false or misleading information (including your location or someone else’s identity). Each user is allowed only one Adsbarter account. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated or deleted.
Users (Brands, Influencers, or Talent Managers) understand they are independent users and not employees of Adsbarter. Adsbarter does not supervise or control how influencers complete their tasks and is not liable for work outcomes, methods, or any third-party interactions on or off the platform.
Adsbarter is not liable for the conduct of any user or for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
Adsbarter enables brands and influencers to collaborate on ad campaigns. It is not liable for incomplete campaigns, product loss, missed deadlines, or dissatisfaction with influencer content. Influencers who fail to meet the terms of accepted campaigns may be removed from the platform.
All transactions must occur within Adsbarter’s platform. Off-platform communications or third-party arrangements are unsupported and may result in account suspension or removal.
Adsbarter reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if a user engages in misconduct, fraud, or violates the platform’s purpose. In cases of misconduct, a cleanup fee of up to 25% may be applied to any outstanding campaign balance.
All campaigns and posts must comply with applicable laws. Campaigns involving prohibited items (such as drugs or drug paraphernalia) are not allowed. Alcohol-related campaigns require users to confirm they meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.
Adsbarter does not allow the use of its platform by persons under 18 without parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
To maintain platform integrity, any accounts found spamming or abusing the system may be suspended or permanently banned. Using Adsbarter to recruit influencers for a competing platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
“Influencer” means an individual who has successfully registered for a free Influencer account on adsbarter.com.
“Brand” means an individual or business that has successfully signed up to use the Adsbarter for Brands subscription service and is in a paid plan.
“Flag” means the process to be followed by Brands and Influencers when there are issues within a transaction and either party (or both parties) has alerted Adsbarter with the intention of resolving any issues.
“Payment” or “Payments” means a payment or prepayment has been made by a Brand to correspond with a service completed by an Influencer, per the terms of the agreement as laid out by the brand in the campaign or transaction and will be released in accordance with the Payments section outlined below.
“Marketplace Offer” refers to an offer made by a Brand to specific Influencers within the Adsbarter Marketplace that meet the criteria as established by the Brand.
“Campaign” refers to the tasks created by brands to be fulfilled by Influencers who join.
“Transaction” refers to the entire transaction flow and is considered completed once a Brand marks task as completed.
“Adults Only (21+)” and “Adult Offers” refer to offers visible to influencers over the age of 21 that have not opted out of receiving and participating in adults-only campaigns. Adsbarter does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of the information provided by Influencers and/or Brands.
In order to accurately display your social media reach, Adsbarter may use OAuth to validate certain social media accounts when you sign up or add a new social profile. OAuth allows Adsbarter to verify that you have an active social media platform as well as display your public social profile and audience reach so brands can see your public profile while your password is kept private. Keep in mind we never have permission to post on your behalf or do anything else other than verify that you’re real, display your public social media profile(s) on your Adsbarter profile and calculate your total reach (so brands understand the value you offer and may reach out to you).
In joining and using Adsbarter, you agree to only add your own personal social media accounts and your followers or number of Whatsapp status views to your profile. Misrepresenting yourself and/or your identity or social media profile is subject to removal.
The Adsbarter network is limited to Influencers who have grown their audience organically and we reserve the right to terminate Influencer accounts that misrepresent their audience size or engagement. . If there is an issue with the product or service, the Influencer should report the Brand through our support to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.
By joining Adsbarter as an Influencer, you consent to Adsbarter using your likeness and/or content produced in conjunction with influencer campaigns on adsbarter.com for promotional purposes including the representation of our network.
Each individual Influencer is entitled to create a single Influencer account. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete duplicate accounts.
As an influencer, you agree that you are solely responsible for creating and publishing content that pertains to the required work of any transaction(s) you are involved in. Adsbarter simply provides a service which enables Brands to approve tasks done by Influencers and payments is immediately sent on completion of the task and on approval by Brand or Admin.
Adsbarter for Influencers is a free service. Adsbarter for Brands is a subscription-based service. Your subscription to your Plan starts upon effective reception of your first payment. Your subscription is then automatically renewed, unless you decide to disable auto-renew but you won’t have access to create new orders until you subscribe.
The subscription price for Brands are posted on adsbarter.com app visible to brand accounts: Prices are quoted in based on brand’s country and exclude VAT and/or any other applicable sales taxes, which are also payable if applicable. You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable, plus all related taxes if needed.
All invoicing for subscriptions and Payments is handled by Stripe or Paystack or Paypal depending on country.
Promotions, Coupon Codes, and Free Trials
In certain instances, Adsbarter may offer coupon codes for partially discounted or fully discounted trial periods. In these instances, the trial period is clearly disclosed during registration which you can view at any time. Prior to the conclusion of the trial period, you will receive an e-mail from our payment processing partner Stripe, to your e-mail address listed within your account, notifying you of the upcoming conclusion of the trial period. You can cancel or change your plan in the Plan Information section within your Brand user account. You will be charged the full subscription amount unless you cancel or downgrade to the FREE plan before the renewal date of your subscription.
No Refunds
All payment obligations are non-cancellable and all monthly subscriptions paid are non-refundable, including monthly and past months of annual subscriptions on accounts that are locked due to Terms of Service violations, unless required by applicable law. Annual subscriptions are refundable excluding any past months, free months, and minus transaction fees charged to Adsbarter by payment processing partner(s). Managed services, including supplemental hours purchased, are non-refundable and are treated as “Use it or Lose it”. As a subscription service, Adsbarter does not offer refunds on previous months, regardless of usage or lack thereof.
Subscription, Compensation and Payments
Subscription payments and influencer compensation values are represented in user currency, unless otherwise noted.
All compensation (cash, product or both) to Influencers is to be provided by Brands and completely separate from Adsbarter subscription fees. Similarly, Brands utilizing free trials or complimentary promotional subscriptions are required to fully compensate Influencers (cash, product or both).
Each offer and pitch made by a brand must include reasonable compensation based on the work required. Brands running product(s) and/or service(s) campaigns are required to provide full compensation to the influencer for tasks completed. The total amount will be deducted upon creating the campaign order.
Brands must clearly disclose if product or service is part of a multi-level marketing (MLM) service. Failure to properly disclose MLM status will result in account lock or account termination, at our discretion.
Subject to the terms of the campaign (and/or transaction), Brands are able to make a Payment, which will be stored in the brand’s account and cannot be claimed by the Influencer until the task is completed and approved.
If either party elects to dispute aspects of the transaction, they may flag the transaction (see below for more details).
Adsbarter reserves the right to impose a minimum transaction amount for each transaction. This minimum transaction amount is subject to change.
We reserve the right to collect funds owed to us using legal means.
Adsbarter utilizes Paystack for transferring funds and payouts. Paystack is a service that enables businesses and individuals to send money.
As an influencer, you are responsible for listing your bank account details within your Adsbarter account. Adsbarter is not responsible for funds issued to bank account that is listed incorrectly within your Adsbarter influencer account.
If you have a dispute involving a Payments payout, you must notify Adsbarter within 30 days of the Payments payout date. Adsbarter will not be held responsible for Payments payout disputes beyond this timeframe.
Brands may request and receive a refund of account balance, uncommitted to existing transactions, minus transaction fees charged to Adsbarter by payment processing partner(s). A refund is restricted to the original method of payment. Adsbarter cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If the account you used to fund your account or pay subscription fee(s) is closed, we recommend you contact your banking institution or credit card company to make arrangements to receive funds.
If an Influencer does not approve of the product or service provided by the Brand, the Influencer may Flag the transaction in order to attempt to resolve the issue with assistance from adsbarter Support. Similarly, if the Brand does not approve of the work completed by the Influencer, the Brand may Flag the transaction in order to attempt to resolve the issue with assistance from Adsbarter Support.

Adsbarter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which adsbarter.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Adsbarter encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Adsbarter collects, uses, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://adsbarter.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Adsbarter.
Adsbarter processes Personal Data both as a Processor and a Controller as defined in the Directive and GDPR.
Adsbarter may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, credit card number (paid subscriptions to Adsbarter for Brands) and demographic information. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Adsbarter. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.
Adsbarter for Brands and Adsbarter for Influencers requires registration. In these instances, we may require you to provide us with Personal Data. If you choose to withhold Personal Data requested by Adsbarter, it may not be possible for you to use the Adsbarter platform and for us to respond to your requests.
This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Adsbarter website. Adsbarter encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Adsbarter so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Adsbarter is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Adsbarter website.
Additionally, Adsbarter may use a User’s personal information for the following purposes:
1. To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
2. To personalize user experience. We may use personal information to understand how our Users use the services and resources provided on our Site.
3. To improve our Site. We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
4. To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature. To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
5. To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User joins our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Adsbarter may store Personal Data and share personally identifiable information with our partners and/or with companies that are affiliated with us (that is, that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Adsbarter) for further processing in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the data were originally collected. Partners, third party affiliates may include (but may not be limited to):
Stripe, Paystack (subscription payment, general payment processing and all invoicing for brands)
SendGrid (email delivery, support and marketing services)
Any additional personally identifiable information you elect to provide (public campaigns, etc) will be available to others.
Adsbarter may also share a User’s personal information with third parties who advertise their products and services on the Site or other third parties who would like to send you information about their products and services. For example, Adsbarter may offer a discount or contest in conjunction with a co-sponsor that may have special offers or promotions that might be of interest to a User. In such a case, a User’s personal information may be shared with the co-sponsor and their use of such User’s personal information is governed by their privacy policy.
You have the right to request the information we have about you. In order to request this information, please contact us at support@adsbarter.com.
In order to comply with your request for this information, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will provide the information we have about you electronically, unless you specify another delivery method.
If you believe the information we have about you is incorrect, please contact Adsbarter so we can update it and maintain accurate information. If you ever want us to delete information about you, please contact us at support@adsbarter.com.
When you provide sensitive information (an example would be log in credentials) on https://adsbarter.com, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Adsbarter is committed to protecting your privacy and data but cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide or transmit to Adsbarter or guarantee that your information on Adsbarter may not be accessed by breach of any of our safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee or warrant its absolute security. If you have any questions about the safeguards we have put in place to protect your personally identifiable information and/or your non-personally identifiable information, please contact us at support@adsbarter.com.
You have three options when it comes to deactivating or deleting your account:
1. You can edit your profile to change or remove certain information from public view.
2. You can request your account be disabled. This enables you to request reactivation at a later time and no data is permanently deleted.
3. You can request your account and all data associated with it (aside from Adsbarter Payments payout records we are legally required to maintain) be permanently deleted. Note that we are unable to recover your account or any associated data in this scenario.
To request your account be disabled or deleted, complete the following steps, based on your preference:
Within the Mobile App
1. Tap the More option on the bottom menu
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Disable Account
4. Enter your password
If you want to simply disable your account (which can be restored in the future upon request – your data is not deleted), skip to step 6.
5. If you want your account and all data associated with it (aside from Adsbarter Payments payout records we are legally required to maintain) to be permanently deleted, check the box next to Request Account Deletion
6. Tap Disable
In either scenario, your request will be processed within two business days.
Within the Web App
1. Navigate to My Account
2. If you want to simply disable your account (which can be restored in the future upon request – your data is not deleted), click Disable Account on the left menu then proceed to step 3. If you want your account and all data associated with it (aside from Adsbarter Payments payout records we are legally required to maintain) to be permanently deleted, click Contact Support and submit a request to delete your account and all data associated with it
3. Enter your password and click Disable (note that this will not permanently delete your account and all data associated with it)
In either scenario, your request will be processed within two business days.
Adsbarter will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Adsbarter encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Adsbarter is protecting your information.
